Stair structures, railings, large frames, and exterior elements may require:

3. Shipping for Webshop Products
3.1 Dispatch Time
Ready-made webshop products are typically shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

6. Delivery Terms & Responsibilities
6.1 Delivery Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
6.2 Receiving the Shipment
Upon delivery:

check the contents for defects
If any damage is found, report it within 48 hours with photos.
6.3 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier cannot deliver due to:

refusal to receive the package,

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
