  • Workshop pickup by appointment

  • Freight delivery for large or heavy items

2. Shipping for Custom Orders

 


Custom-made items may require special handling and packaging.


 

2.1 Lead Times

 


Shipping timelines depend on:

  • order complexity

  • chosen finish

  • delivery distance

 


Estimated lead times are provided in your quotation and confirmed before production begins.


 

2.2 Packaging

 


Large or delicate metal components are shipped using:

 

  • protective industrial packaging

  • pallets

  • crates (if required)

 


Packaging costs are included in your quote unless stated otherwise.


 

2.3 Oversized Shipments

 


Stair structures, railings, large frames, and exterior elements may require:

 

  • freight carriers

  • oversized handling

  • custom logistics arrangements

 


We will inform you in advance about any special delivery requirements or additional fees.

 


 

 

3. Shipping for Webshop Products

 


 

3.1 Dispatch Time

 


Ready-made webshop products are typically shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received.


 

3.2 Delivery Time

 


Delivery times vary by region:

 

  • Latvia: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days (depending on location)

 


These are estimates provided by our logistics partners.

 


 

 

4. Shipping Costs

 


Shipping costs are calculated based on:

 

  • weight

  • size

  • destination

  • delivery method

 


The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout for webshop items or included in your custom project quote.

 


 

 

5. Order Tracking

 


Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

 

  • a tracking number (where available)

  • carrier information

  • estimated delivery time

 


Tracking may not be available for certain freight or oversized shipments.

 


 

 

6. Delivery Terms & Responsibilities

 


 

6.1 Delivery Address Accuracy

 


The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.


 

6.2 Receiving the Shipment

 


Upon delivery:

 

  • inspect packaging for visible damage

  • check the contents for defects

 


If any damage is found, report it within 48 hours with photos.


 

6.3 Failed Delivery Attempts

 


If the carrier cannot deliver due to:

 

  • incorrect address,

  • unattended delivery location,

  • refusal to receive the package,

 


return shipping and re-delivery fees may apply.

 


 

 

7. International Shipping & Customs

 


For international orders:

 

  • customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply

  • these charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • delays may occur due to customs inspections

 


We do not control or influence customs processes.

 


 

 

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

 


If your shipment is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:


Contact us immediately.

We will:

 

  • open an investigation with the carrier

  • assist with insurance claims (if applicable)

  • arrange replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy

 


For damaged goods, photographic evidence is required within 48 hours.
