This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and services provided by MANS METALS, including:

 

  • Custom metal fabrication services

  • Technical drawing preparation

  • Interior and exterior metal components

  • Products sold in our webshop

 


Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

 

 

1. Custom Orders (Services)

 


Custom-made items are produced specifically to client specifications.

For this reason, all custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except in cases described below.

 

 

 

1.1 Approval Process & Client Responsibility

 


Before production begins, we prepare:

 

  • technical drawings,

  • material specifications,

  • dimensions and finish details.

 


The client must review and approve the drawings in writing.

By approving the technical drawings, the client accepts full responsibility for the accuracy, fit, and functional requirements of the final product.


Production begins only after approval.

 

 

 

1.2 No Refunds for Approved Custom Orders

 


Once technical drawings are approved and production has started:

 

  • No cancellations

  • No refunds

  • No returns due to changes of mind or design revisions

 


This includes all custom-made parts, components, and interior/exterior metalwork.

 

 

 

1.3 Our Responsibility for Manufacturing Accuracy

 


If the final product does not match the approved technical drawing:

 

  • We will cover shipping costs for the return

  • We will remake the product at our own expense

  • No additional charges will be applied to the client

 


A mismatch includes:

 

  • dimensional errors

  • missing features

  • incorrect material (different from the approved spec)

  • wrong finish (different from the approved finish)

 


This guarantee applies only when the discrepancy is our manufacturing fault.

 

 

 

1.4 Cases Not Eligible for Remakes or Refunds

 


We are not responsible for issues arising from:

 

  • incorrect or incomplete drawings provided by the client before approval

  • incorrect measurements provided by the client

  • misuse or installation not in accordance with the product’s intended purpose

  • environmental damage (humidity, corrosion due to misuse, etc.)

  • normal wear of coatings or finishes

  • client-side design changes after approval

 

 

 

 

2. Webshop Products (Standard Return Rights — EU Rules)

 


For non-custom, ready-made products purchased through our webshop, the following EU consumer rights apply.

 

 

 

2.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

 


You may return eligible webshop products within 14 days from the day you receive them, without giving any reason.


To qualify:

 

  • item must be unused

  • item must be undamaged

  • item must be in original packaging

  • all components must be included

 


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

 

 

 

2.2 Refund Processing

 


Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for purchase.


We may reduce the refund if:

 

  • the product is damaged,

  • shows signs of use,

  • or is missing parts.

 


Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

 

 

 

2.3 Items Not Eligible for Return

 


The following cannot be returned:

 

  • custom-made items

  • items modified by the client

  • items installed or used

  • discounted or final sale items (if specified)

 

 

 

 

2.4 Damaged or Incorrect Products

 


If the product arrives damaged or incorrect:

 

  • contact us within 48 hours

  • include photos of the issue

 


We will arrange:

 

  • replacement, or

  • repair, or

  • full refund

 


We will cover return shipping costs in this case.

 

 

 

3. Shipping Returns

 


Before sending any return:


Contact us to receive return instructions and authorisation.


Unapproved returns may not be accepted.


Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

We are not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
