3.1 Custom Orders

 


Custom-made products are manufactured based on the drawings, sketches, or references you provide.

Before production starts, you will receive a written quotation including:

 

  • price

  • lead time

  • materials

  • finish

  • any other relevant technical details

 


Production begins only after your written confirmation and payment of the required deposit.


 

3.2 Webshop Products

 


Items available in our online shop are sold as described. Product photos and colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or material characteristics.


 

3.3 Manufacturing Tolerances

 


Metal fabrication involves standard industry tolerances. Exact dimensions may vary within acceptable ranges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

 

4. Ordering and Payments

 


 

4.1 Custom Orders

 


For custom projects, we may require:

 

  • a deposit before starting production,

  • full payment before delivery or pickup.

 


Once production has started, custom orders are non-refundable.


 

4.2 Webshop Orders

 


Webshop purchases must be paid in full at checkout.

Payment methods and currencies are shown at the point of sale.


 

4.3 Invoicing

 


Invoices are issued electronically unless otherwise requested.

 

 

 

5. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Delivery fees are displayed during checkout or stated in your quotation.


 

5.2 Delivery Dates

 


Estimated delivery dates are indicative. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.


 

5.3 Inspection on Delivery

 


Inspect your order upon receipt. If any damage is found, notify us within 48 hours with photos and details.

 

 

 

6. Returns & Refunds

 


 

6.1 Custom Orders

 


Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are manufactured specifically to your requirements.


 

6.2 Webshop Products

 


You may return eligible webshop items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


 

6.3 Refund Processing

 


Refunds are issued only after the returned items are inspected and approved.

 

 

 

7. Warranty

 


We provide a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery.


The warranty does not cover:

 

  • damage caused by improper use or installation,

  • exposure to unsuitable environments,

  • modifications by third parties,
